Retrospective permission for a vineyard, workshop and staff quarters

in the Metropolitan Green Belt

An established vineyard in the Metropolitan Green Belt had a run down shed for working activities which was less than adequate by today’s standards. A replacement building was under construction without planning permission when we were called in to help.

We successfully obtained retrospective planning permission for this building which was a slightly larger workshop with the addition of amenities such as toilet facilities for staff and a adequate space to operate in. 

 The workshop was designed and constructed by local craftsmen at Herts of Oak.
