Rooftop extension for row of 3 terraced houses

The residents of a row of terraced houses facing a popular public park in Bristol had been refused planning permission by the council.

We were asked to consider the possibility of extending upwards for a row of 3 terraced houses for the families who needed additional space and were keen to be part of the area’s regeneration.

We approached the planners with 3 possible concepts and worked with them to develop an acceptable solution for all.
